REFUND POLICY

 

Our goal at Tri-Vecta is to create a work of art specifically designed and inspired by you.

 

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Tri-Vecta from shooting on a scheduled date the client will get a full refund of their deposit if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if the client fails to attend the activity on the date and time the booking was made.

 

Due to the nature of certain bookings, cancellations are difficult to replace once agreements have been made. We always hope that things work out and that bookings are executed. In the event that a prior booking is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, I am flexible in terms of working out ways to provide a different service to the client keeping in mind an equal value to the prior agreement. As an artist, I do my best to remain empathetic to a client’s environment; but I also must uphold the livelihood of my business.

 

In regards to design services, no refunds will be given once the design process has begun. It is difficult to retain ideas once eyes have seen it. I would like to ensure that the integrity and originality of my art remains intact and that the design is not relayed back to a different artist.
